Terms of Service for Ledgeryo

Welcome to Ledgeryo, an online bookkeeping service for small enterprises at ledgeryo.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, digital products, and goods. By using our site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering or placing an order through ledgeryo.com, you confirm that you accept and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

2. Scope of Services

Ledgeryo provides:

• Online bookkeeping services for small enterprises.
• Digital instructional materials and templates.
• Branded office supplies and related goods.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate contact information. You are solely responsible for activity under your account and must keep your login details secure.

4. Payment and Billing

All charges are in Canadian Dollars. You agree to provide valid payment details and authorize us to charge fees associated with the selected offerings. We use secure payment processors but are not responsible for processor failures.

5. Subscription, Cancellation, and Transfer

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 7 days before the next billing date. You may cancel through your account settings or by contacting customer support. Unused service time may, at our sole discretion, be transferred to an alternative period if you request at least 14 days prior to renewal.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Online Bookkeeping Services

If you are not fully satisfied with our bookkeeping service within the first 30 days, you may request a refund of service fees paid. To qualify, you must provide notice and documentation of the issue. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days. After 30 days, fees are non-refundable due to the ongoing nature of record-keeping.

6.2 Digital Products

Sales of digital instructional materials, templates, or downloads are final once access is granted. No refunds will be issued after delivery, as access cannot be revoked. If a download is defective, contact us and we will provide a replacement.

6.3 Tangible Goods

Purchased goods may be shipped back within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. You are responsible for shipping costs. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a refund of the purchase price to the original payment method within 14 days.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services and products are provided "as is." Ledgeryo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy or completeness of records and materials.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ledgeryo’s liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service, product, or good.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
